• PROCESSING
• OUTPUT
• FEED BACK

INPUT :
input is an activity of gathering data and capture raw data
E.g Student grading system
Input takes many forms Name Roll No.
Input can be manual or automated process
PROCESSING :

• Processing involves converting or transforming data into useful outputs
• It can involve making calculation, making comparisons and taking alternative action and storing data for future use
• processing can be done manually  or computer assistance

OUTPUTS :

• Outputs involves useful information in form of documents and reports
• Output can producing in a verity of ways

FEED BACK :

• Feed back is output that is use to make changes to inputs or processing activities 
• Errors or problems might make it necessary to correct input or change a process
