• Computer based Information system (CBIS)

 Manual Information system (MIS) :

• MIS is based on the manual work system 
• it is totally on manual system 

Computer based Information system (CBIS)

A computer-based information system (CBIS) is an information system in which the computer plays a very big role . there are some components of CBIS which are given below

• Hardware

the computer equipments which are use to perform input and output activities 

• Software

Computer programs that give instructions/governs to operations of Computers

• Database

An Organized collection of facts and information typically consisting of two or more related data files

• People

The most important element in CBIS

• Procedure

Procedure include the policies methods rules for using the CBIS
